Hi! I have a 2008 252 8.1 with around 575 hours that needs to be repowered. Other than the motor it’s a great boat in really good shape for an almost 20 year old. It spent it first 400 hours in salt water and I’m being told the issues are mostly from that. I love the boat I’m just not sure if I should put the money into a new motor, around 15k, or if I should move on to a newer cobalt. Thanks for your input.
