Did you guys and gal catch the launch today?
I watched it live with my wife.
Just insane!. The simultaneous booster landing just blew us away. Maybe the most impressive part.

The engineering is something to behold, simply astounding.

Elon Musk, what a legend.

It's incredible. Just shows if you have enough money you can do anything. I think they should play stairway to heaven on the radio in the car. Really there is a car floating around in space.lol
How do you land rockets like that. I guess it's just like flying a drone. Hope they paid the FAA dues :-)

So the center booster pancaked, bummer. Ran out of whatever type of fuel is used to reignite the engines and hit the water at 300mph. Primary mission is a success and then some...they were out to prove they could get something as far as Mars....went even further and now it looks like the roadster will get to check out the asteroid belt as well!
