Done

Couplers swapped. Of course the standard mounting hole pattern isn't quite standard.

Still need to pick up another bolt for the 3rd hole, old couple only used 2 bolts.

Great pics.
Seems like she’s fighting you a little with that injury and “standard” hitch. Makes for a great story here.

Keep those pics comin’ T550.👍🏻😎

The orielly near me stocks different lengths of steel brake line, all pre-flared with fittings. Bought a bunch, they were nice and straight to start with instead of the stuff that comes in a roll that's impossible to make look nice. I'm pretty proud of how the lines turned out....finally figured out how to use my tubing bender too : 8-)

Got the wife out to help me bleed the brakes, dang that goes fast with a manual activator on the brake controller. Had them all done in less than 5 minutes.

When I was all finished I tried to test them out...car in drive, brake controller manually actuated. The trailer tires grabbed the Race Deck in the garage and started to drag it out  gotta fix that now tomorrow.

It was a clean cut...never actually hurt at all but bled like a mofo. That was annoying.

Nice T550.
I’m sure you’ll fix that glitch in a jiffy.

Heading out to pick up the jolly green giant. Excited to see how much of a difference the new brakes make, hard to tell anything with an empty trailer.

That will be a nice pic, Thunder....as long as there is no smoke comin' from the wheels. I have full confidence in your abilities though! :D

Very tidy job Thunder. I appreciate quality workmanship.

However, that empty bolt hole on the hitch is driving me crazy!!
