Hey, nice job jm!! Speaker turned out nice.

Interesting location for the trim gauge. Let me know how that works out for ya.

I see you posted a pic of the stereo head unit with the cover off under the "stereo head unit upgrade" thread. That double din unit looks sharp under there.

Keep up the great work.! :P
(...and before you know it, you'll have a steering wheel upgrade like Ytmsn.) :D

Yes the speakers are nice. Not sure why they used those ugly covers. Yes steering wheel upgrade time :-)

I didn't know where else to put the trim gauge and I didn't want to do without it. I would like to buy a replacement panel for that and move that gauge down by the depth gauge now. Hindsight. I can see the trim gauge from the seat but just don't love it there

No new steering wheel anytime soon... doing most of the seats next and the holes left from the old speaker covers. Oh and led stainless cup holders to replace my normal stainless ones

I like where you mounted the stereo. I've actually been kicking around the idea of putting a chart plotter there just didn't know where to put the trim gauge. That gives me an idea :)

You can still see the trim gauge where it is when seated or standing but to be honest, I am not happy with that location. Odd thing is.. I loved that location when I picked it out. If I had to do over, I would put it in that custom part at the bottom next to the depth gauge.

I am starting to look for a gauge now that may or may not exist. Like some cars have a aftermarket gauge that is digital and it can display several different things. I would like to find one to replace a current gauge and tie my trim tabs and depth into that instead of my current setup.

Mounted my chart plotter in that location tgrace. Haven't used it much as I just got it mounted, but it looks like the location will work out.

Love those new speakers Driller! Did you have to run any extra wires to power the led lights in the speakers?
You are going to have a great summer on Travis.

Driller have you had much of a chance to use your chartplotter yet? I'm sure thinking about getting one just like it.

I bought like 250 feet of rgb wire off the easy button and it was cheap. I ran it from rear corner to rear Corner of the boat for the just in case moment I get the need for more lights.

No I haven't used it in anger yet. Boat moved from the installer to the Dealer for the 5 year service. Supposed to be back by the end of next week. I did turn it on and set in the captain's chair. Location is definitely workable. I went with the GO5 thinking it would mount flush in the cubby hole. Knowing what I know now, I should have went with the GO7.

I'll get some additional pics and give you my opinion when the boat comes back.
