I’ll start.

Tonight, Secret Service gave a few folks a closeup tour of Marine One as well as the Prez’s Limo called “The Beast”. Cool inside this monster but no pics allowed. Took me two hands to push the door closed. It’s THICK and looks pressurized as well. .

I commented saying it resembles a massive & long SUV. Then I asked how much of it is Cadillac. They laughed and said only the emblem on the steering wheel—seriously. Even the outside emblems are not produced by Cadillac.

When I asked about horsepower, they wouldn’t tell me but said Roush custom builds the engine. I’m sure you race fans know that name. I know I do.

Moving to the other hangar housing Marine One, it was guarded with machine guns & German Shepherds. We just poached the pilot to fly in our unit. He starts in June. It’s old but still serves it’s purpose.

It is. When his motorcade drives by us, we can see a 50 cal in the back of one of the blacked out SUV’s when the sunlight reflects just right. Very cool indeed.

That is awesome. I remember hearing that the beast was Duramax powered. Can't remember where so no idea if it's true. I believe you are right about it being pressurized. Crazy stuff, cool pics!

Here's one from today, it's been warm enough the last few days to roll with the windows down. My daughter asked for them to go down, then kept "tasting the air"

It may have been at one time T550. Maybe it still is. They would not let me pop the hood. All they said was the engine was custom built by Roush Racing.
Quite a few TV screens inside where the Prez sits.
Bulletproof everything.

This was my day today. I worked the National Powersports Auction in Dallas. 1,000 motorcycles, side-by-sides, atv's boats, watercraft, campers, slingshots and choppers. It was like Nirvana for me!
