Tell me more about the "Cobalt Port" ! Where can I get one? I have a similar space next to my garage/shop that would be perfect for that!

Sure.... The brand is Eagle Carports. I looked at their site but it doesn't look like they are in your area. However, if you do a search for "carports" in your area there are probably several to choose from. Mine is 12'x30' and 11' high at the outside and 13' in the center. It's a bit higher than I needed but I figured for resale of the house someone could put an RV in it. The cost was $1950+ installed. I ordered it, was told it would be 4 weeks, they called in 2 and said it was ready. They installed it in 3 hours. It is wind rated to 250 MPH.

It's been great to have the boat in. I am still restoring it and now I don't have to keep all the straps on the cover to keep water out. It stays dry and out of the sun. Tomorrow I am installing 3, 4" LED shop lights in it so I can have a bit more light.
