They have a place on the island as a base camp, took the ferry over. I think they got there Thursday. So they weren't out on the water as this weather hit. But needed to wait till the ferry could get them back.

No snow in Ky. yesterday but was cold & overcast so a good day to apply my first coat of wax. This pic was before I started so wasn't sure I even needed it lol but thought it would be good protection.

Can't believe snow pics. T's emoji was perfect. Good luck to you northerners. I normally don't think of Ky. As being in the south but after seeing those pictures, think I'll go out on the deck, have a mint julep, and try on my derby hat.

Man she looks good tucked in there alaskabound. The plastic wrap makes it look like she was just opened as a brand new delivery.

Thanks A7, who knew I would have to deal with birds after putting up a building(hence the plastic wrap). Got birds solved but the plastic just keeps everything a little cleaner.

By the way, thanks again to you guys & gals who keep us safe. I spent 6 years in army reserves back in the 70's but never had to deal with the nutcakes that are out there now. I read you were close to retiring, it sounds to me like you sure deserve it. God bless.
