I am considering installing some electronics for navigation and sonar to mark debris but i do not want to mess up my dash permanently. Any suggestions on where i can find some good pictures and or videos on how to install and on what gear to consider?

Cobro, I was having difficulty with a 210 as well, but found Ram mounts over the winter and will give it another shot once the 210 comes out of hibernation - see https://www.rammount.com/activity/boat-mounts

There's no way I can fit my chartplotter (echomap 70s) in the dash, so I'll need something like this to position it between the dash and windscreen.
