We spend so much money trying to keep every cust. And then they don't come back when we take care of them, then they don't spend any and piss us off but we go back. I should have worked in a boat shop. I guess just because there's not one on every corner. Ok I'm done.Sorry aj. I hate it when places just don't go the extra mile for you. It's no skin off there back.

Lodders called today and said fixed it. Said gravel got into the thermostat and was keeping it open. So no warranty claim but fixed. Wallet a little lighter

Glad its fixed...but man 2015 boat /w 30 hours on it and no love from the warranty dept? Customer service is dead I guess.

actually still waiting to pick the boat back up. Sony stereo and kicker speakers were not working properly and that is supposedly getting fixed under warranty....really wanting to take her out for a maiden voyage this year.
