My buddy's fuel pump went south in a 29' Baja. He called me to come tow him in, and it took forEVer! He was about halfway down the lake from our dock.

We are just east of Alys beach area. Never been to Anna Maria....looking to rent a boat while we are there to check out the waters. Were headed there on Saturday for the week.

Here are some pictures of my buddy's MTI. It's a beast. I was supposed to ride on it Saturday but my son (and grand babies!) are coming in tomorrow night so were leaving the lake tomorrow.

Dayum is right! Last time (maybe) at 130 I was safely on a bike. Right. Oh well would be fun to take a ride but no 130 for me. No thank you.

My parents have been looking to buy a home near Anna Maria so I’ve been there a ton

2 tips- don’t rent a boat on Sarasota bay. It’s filled with corral and jelly fish. Literally the guy at the place we rented from said that someone ruins a set of props every day. So go look in like Tampa bay or somewhere like that.

Second go to the rod and reel restaurant. Some of the best fresh fish I have ever had. And it’s on a pier overlooking where Tampa bay flows out into the gulf. Sunsets there are incredible.
