Thanks big red!

Are they dog friendly?
Indian point marina just has camp grounds. But I know white wing resort on Indian point has pet friendly rooms. And I’d check on golden arrow as well. I know YT stayed there when he came up last month. But he didn’t have a pet with him

Nope. Golden Arrow doesn't allow pets. We tried. But it's a cool place to stay! Kind of retro nostalgic

Try Dooleys. They are just down from there. They have there own slips and a down hill launch. Great people. I would stay there again all day long.

The Landing at Eagles Nest...or just the original Eagles Nest places have some units that allow pets. We take our dog down most times when we go.

I think Rockwood condos allow pets too and they have slips as well. Good boat launch too.

I can see rockwood from my deck and I’ve seen pets there as well. Lots of Texans too. Not sure how you feel about Texans 😂

Texans are good people. Unless they're not. They can't help it if their eyes are too far apart or crossed. They're still good folks.

Hahaha, I just found it weird that every time we walk the dog through rockwood we see nothing but Texas plates. In southern Missouri. All I was saying. But you took it to another level Whitey 😀

Hi All,

First posting, and I need to write up an introduction. We just registered for the Regatta, although it's likely I won't have our 92 255 Condurre CC ready in time. (VP 740 DP) We just purchased this boat, and have started the restoration process, but there is WAY too much to do before we debut it in public. The boat is solid, and has lived on Table Rock on a lift since it was sold new by the Cobalt dealer at Campbell Point. (Freeman Marine?) It's been sitting under a tarp the last couple years because of the owner's health issues, so a major cosmetic detailing is in order. Mechanically she seems solid, but I'm prepared for bad news if there is any, this isn't our first boat:-) Regardless, short of a miracle, we won't be out in her. However, if you see a couple Sea Doos shadowing the procession, you'll know we made it to the event!

Thanks for the welcome! When I make a little more progress, I'll start a thread. In fact I just came in from vacuuming her for the first time. I replaced the belts yesterday, and she fired up unprovoked from me bumping the motor to seat the belts. Not bad after sitting for over two years! See ya' at the Regatta:-)
