Hows it handle LOTO? That lake can get messy on weekends. My mother and stepfather have a 42 searay cruiser and they plow like lots of folks do. I keep telling them theyre not really on plane but they dont listen. Puts out huge wakes and theyve had many a boater struggle to get around them.

Good looking boat! The 282 is a beast of a boat.

The red is what really got our attention as the gelcoat is in great shape and she shines really nice. We looked at a 27 foot sea ray pretty close also but the extra size and weight of the 282 seemed to make a huge difference on a busy day. It handles LOTO well on the weekends, but I'm also a person that didn't let the rough water stop me in the 23 foot Larson either. No trailer with it, we just keep it on a lift at the lake year round. cmattj I'm guessing the twin 8.1s are a blast?!!

Yes it has great cruise speeds with the F9 props. But these hulls for a 9 ft beam are great regardless of power. And the Red.. yep sold me too!

Great looking 282 LOTOHEAD. We were really looking for a red 282, but couldn't pass up on a 2005 with royal blue stripe, super low hours, and a 496HO. We have a condo at the 21MM at LOTO. Hopefully we can meet up sometime next year!

We keep our boat at the 16.5 MM at Indian Point and our camper is just down the road on 42. This weekend is the first weekend I'll be stuck here since Easter! We'll be there next weekend for the poker run though. Where did you get your 282?

I bought it off of Grand Lake in Oklahoma. I looked for about 6 months before buying, and it was too clean of a boat to pass up on.
