Best bumper setup for my 252?
All new matching bumpers are on the Christmas list, looking for the best ones for a 252? Mine 252 is a 10/10 for gel and hull condition and I want to keep it that way.

The biggest ones you can stow away when not in use.

I have 4 taylormade 8x20” fenders for my 262 and they work perfectly. Anything larger than that will be tough to stow.

Re: Best bumper setup for my 252?
I run 2 Taylor 8” or B series for the sides.
I have my useless 6” in the front Fancey flip compartments on the bow. Use them when side tie to friends.
I run nylon Cobalt covers and get no scuffs. micro fiber would collect wood from the docks.
I have two Taylor stern bumpers I hang of the platform for sterning in.
I run all my fenders lightly aired as it makes it easier to Dock and not bounce off .

I was thinking about getting some of these to use on dock pilings some of the public docks have.

Thanks akorcovelos! I just tied big knots at the end of mine last year and that did not work! Looks like I need to order some of those cobalt sleeves as well

The mission fenders look really cool. I saw them online about 2 months ago and was going to buy a set for the Boat for Christmas - because you know the boat not only has an ornament on the tree but also gets presents.Bfun220 wrote: Tue Nov 20, 2018 9:15 am I was thinking about getting some of these to use on dock pilings some of the public docks have.

Then I saw the price - $64 per? Naw thats ok, will pass.
