Might be a great thread to post some pictures that we all have of memorable areas on the great USA.
Last month, we took a trip to Santa Fe with my sister and brother in law, who have been to the area many times. Just breathtaking in every respect. From landscape of incredible Mesas and canyons, to rivers and architecture.

Here is a pic of my sis and Mike that really caught my heart. This little trout stream is the beginning of the great Rio Grande river coming out of Colorado Rockies.

Here are some Oklahoma shots. Most people think all we are is a place "where the wind comes sweeping down the plain". There are places like that, but lots of pretty places too.

This is Ingles OK, site of a gun battle more intense than the OK Corral but not as famous.

My first YouTube video, along with apple editing and canned music.

This past summer while plans for the boat were interrupted by a rough lake, we went to American side of Niagara Falls for the afternoon. I’ve been there a hundred times, and each time is still like the first. You just can’t get over the beauty or the thunder of the water.

The one thing that I have to convey.. you can get literally a foot away from the edge of the Falls from Goat Island on the American side. You haven’t “seen everything” without a visit to western NY and Niagara Falls.
