Cobalt Makes it Right

I had a life jacket that got wet and bleed on my seat this past sept over a week or two that I wasn’t at my boat.

I called cobalt to track down material to get a new one made. Talking with customer service I was so happy to discover that they would sew me a new “skin” and I could have it installed myself locally when it arrived.

Well yesterday it came in the mail. See my ruined skin below and what I recieves as a replacement.

Well I call Dwight and Rick today because my dealer is on Christmas break till Jan.

Within an hour or two Inget an email that they are going to send me the correct skin free of charge bc of the snafu. All this threw my dealer ofcourse when they get back in Jan.

Boy did cobalt take a stressful situation and fix it. I love this brand

Very cool. I had kind of the same thing happen to me. I had new blue micro fiber towel with cleaning chemical on it and I left them sit a bit on my seat. I called bio kleen they said to put some cleaner on it and let it sit in the sun for the day and it will be gone. I came home from work and it was gone.
AJ glad you could get a cover made. Pull the staples out and get it installed.
