2019 R7 platinum sound Bluetooth background noise

When playing music through bluetooth in our 2019 R7 with Platinum sound, we receive a background noise its like a weird clicking noise. This happens with no volume on t all and all the way up until you turn the music loud enough to drown out the noise. This has been happening since the factory, is this normal, or is this something to file a warranty claim for? TIA

Filter? Didnt know that was a thing, how much did it cost

Check the gain settings on the amplifier as well. You can get static and other noises if it's turned way up. I would think they would tune them before handing over the keys, but you never know.

I'm sure they are focused on everything else. As long as the stereo plays music, it checks the boxes.

Also, if it's only through bluetooth and not for the radio or hard connected device, I would start there. Maybe interference?

The filter was installed for free by the dealer. Huge difference in the sound

I bet they don't use the same grd spot on the whole stereo system. Maybe I'm wrong but?
