I would prefer 496’s...don’t really want all the maintenance drama of blues

I have a buddy in OK that is ready to sell his 343 with 496's, gen/air on a trailer. Won't be $75k though.

Man, I would go big blues in that beast. At that level the little extra maintenance is worth it. Very unique and powerful.

I hear all the extra maintenance discussions of the blues vs the 496s...other threads touch on this but at the end of the day nothing is clear....i guess valve train after certain hours needs to be gone thru?
