What Dumb thing did you do to your boat?

Jason my swimdeck gets got, but if I splash a little water on, it immediately cools down. I keep one of those small water cannons (about 1.5 inch OD and 1.5 feet long) that I can just draw water in and wet it down. You might try that.

I was telling my wife yesterday that I might just have to keep a bucket of water to wet everything down before we get in the boat...
Suck because I have to trailer it where I am going to boat. So I would have to go get a bucket or two of water to wet everything down prior to launching the boat. Then stop and rewet things when it dries out...

Nah. Just pick up a water cannon and keep it in one of your rear compartments. Easy Peasy

Thanks for not making me feel like a total idiot. I have a new Fortress Anchor on order, should be here this week.

Oh, and I almost let my new to me boat run out of oil. Now I know where the oil fill cap is and have plenty of backup oil onboard. Now I just have to get the power steering reservoir cap open. The PO of my boat had massive hand strength, everything is ratcheted down like you would not believe.

Yup...Torque it down to half a turn before it breaks.
