Boatmate trailer,nice touch

Post by Stagdad »

The picture doesn’t do it justice, but sure looks cool in the side mirrors at night.Nice bright leds.On the down side , the bow roller seems to be too high, really have to bury the trailer deep to bring the bow above the roller when loading. Welded not adjustable for height.

Mine just lit up OBALT at night. I had to adjust the tube lights in the zip ties behind the cutout to make it a COBALT. It looks good but I think they could have come up with a better design for the backlighting.

I currently have this trailer also, but towards the front of the boat the is also a strip that is illuminated with the dealer I bought it from. Does anyone know where I could get a new one customized to say the name of the boat. See picture for reference.

Maybe call boat mate or the dealer. Or a sign shop?

I left the O hanging on the corner of a dock one day, I am not kidding either! The O was hanging perfectly on the corner of the wooden dock and the letter L fell in the water. I drove a C ALT for about two weeks waiting for replacements. Can’t make that stuff up!

I just read my post, the O hung on the dock and the B fell in the water... it was still a C ALT for a few weeks. I guess I should check my spelling before I hit submit.
