For you, he recommends this: Buy a 190. Chop it in half. Make the cut aft of -- that means, behind -- the windshield. Install a bulkhead on the bow half. (The bow is the pointy part.) Fix catapult ramp to bow of 220. (Don't drill through the hull! Flex Glue works fine.) And -- now this next step is really important -- Place your 1/2 190 (that's now a 95) on the catapult ramp. Then fill the 95 with concrete. Let set. Attach one end of 100' of fishing line to 95's windshield frame. (As was noted elsewhere, it's probably better to remove the windshield.) Attach other end to a seat cushion.

Push button. Enjoy launch.

Note: Retrieval is trickier. We're working on it.
