One thing I really like that I hope future Cobalt's incorporate into their platforms is the Spash 'n Go mat that unfurls/inflates/ and then rewinds back into the boat. We would use that feature quite a bit with our family.

Cobalt uploaded a fun A29 advertisement yesterday to YouTube. They have come a long way since their clown days. :
Great videos! I really watched both and enjoyed the demonstrations. Also I like it when im not putting a price tag on it.
Sure it’s terribly underpowered but my sence is this buyer is not going for a 35 mph cruise speed as it’s a very social setting.

Yes as BB said this will sell out but as we know here it will be under optioned for dealer orders to remain competitive.

Option some staggard 6.2 twins instead of the splash pad area and this could be the end of a R30.

Sometimes! If these sell out i imagine well see them at the lake this year. And Nauti your not wrong. Besides i like the quilted stitch look better than the vinyl on this boat. They should of stuck with that longer.

TJ, the more I look at this boat the more I loce it. We spent all morning talking about why an R30 would be better, and I’ve thrown all our logic to the wind. 😂

Haha not quite. I don’t have to sit on the boat and beg people to join me. You all just show up 😂

Not crazy about how the stern looks so flat on the water.

Being in the water does give it some perspective on size.....but the damn thing is still 1,700 lbs heavier.

It does look really good on the water and the top is a little more "tolerable"

And yea really bummed about the weight. was hoping it would have been closer to the R7 or A28 size/weight...

has Cobalt ever had a model where they started with single engine and then offered twins a couple years later?

it would take a complete redesign to fit twins at this point.

Like the current Automotive styles and new designs.... Give it some time and it becomes easy to loce. The new norm so to speak.
Here’s Packey with his adorable family on the tri hull that started it all.
