Everyone is so focused on the cars and the times, I don't think anyone has asked---what's the feedback on the Pirelli's? I've had them on cars and I think they are a good tire. I still prefer Michelin overall.

Same here. My first BMW never had anything on it but Pirelli. Used them most of the 70s and 80s. When the went on strike and they were hard to get, I tried several tires before going to Michelin. Now I use them because their logo man is shaped like me.

Well this was a very interesting event. I was sitting next to 2 of the warranty and area reps. This company has only 2 guys that handle all claims. So Goodyear has a whole building full of people, Michelin bfg and uniroyal have a building full of people. The other brands have so many claims they need that many. Pirelli just plain and simple don't have a warranty issue. If there is a problem they will fix it plain and simple.
Now I've been a huge Michelin guy. Ltx on everything I owned forever. I made the switch to scorpion Verde all season plus and it's night and day how much better they are. My son also in the same business as me put the Scorpion all terrain plus on his Ram was amazed how good they were in the snow and slop this year. 1 of our customers came back after putting a set of Verde all seasons on his Ram and was amazed also.
So as the reps say try them if you don't like them they will buy them back or put you in sometime else. But I will say you will love them.
So yes I have been converted.

All right. After being on this site for two boating seasons now, I've learned to trust what you say. I'll look at Pirelli again, but just put new tires on both of our SUV. Maybe when daughter needs new tires.

Right now your fca dealer has buy 3 get the 4th for a buck! Anyone that needs tires this is a great time to buy and you don't have to get another credit card to take advantage of this deal like other manufacturers. But if you look there are great deals out there and some can be tied to rebates as well.

My tire of choice on my Audi S5 is Michelin AS3. We have all four seasons in Missouri and these fit the bill nicely and perform well in all but track day use.

The scorpion Verde plus and all terrain A/T are awesome. My fav tires now. I was a huge Michelin ltx guy till I installed both of these.
