Beeps when key is removed from ignition, normal?

When i take the key out i hear a beep, not sure why. Is that normal? 2000 206 cobalt thanks

I have owned many different boats over the years and never had one beep when removing the key? There is normally a beep from a piezo buzzer when you turn the key to the on position?

Stupid maybe my Sony stereo beeped when powered down. Maybe it's the radio you are hearing. Normal.

I've never heard of it either. Maybe your getting a text simultaneously when you're switching off?

Or maybe it's your subconscious telling you you are not done yet!

Right?? Can you create the beep by just pull the key out from the off position after it sits?

No Problem Found.. operating as designed.. found beep to be normal characteristic of model.... Compared to other similar Cobalt.
