Sony DSX-100 Head Unit and RM-X60M Remotes

Post by CD262 »

Hey, I just did an overhaul on my stereo set up and took out the original Sony head unit and remotes from my '11 262. Not sure if anyone has a need for these as replacements. All are in perfect working order. Let me know if interested!

Not ignoring you, been doing some searching. Do the remotes have the harnesses with them or were you able to reuse yours for the new stuff? Pretty sure the head unit will be plug and play, but I'm trying to figure out what I'll need to put a remote on the transom and one up in the bow.

No worries at all, got you covered. I have the harnesses and splitters for both to be connected to the head unit. I have one of the Sony Unilink cables and one of the aux cables still intact (Had to cut one of each to get the new cables fished through), you would just need to buy one of each. Good news though: The tough one to get is the Sony Unilink cable because it is proprietary, but here is one on eBay:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/SONY-UNILINK-D ... Sw-NBdYzFO

The stereo aux cable can be easily found all over amazon for a couple bucks. After that, you are completely plug and play.
