Bow window not shutting properly

Hello folks. Anybody experience bow window not shutting properly on an older 220? My 1995 window and bow window and doors do not shut properly. Any known fixes out there?

Do they close but not seal/align? Pictures of them closed as far as possible would help. Had a similar problem with the side windows on my '85 Condesa. The seals had come off the channels in a few places. Easy fix.
