Any of you have seadek installed on your 262? Wondering if someone already had a template out there for the boat.

Hey JM.

The engine hatch and the trim tabs share the same hydraulic reservoir and pump (mounted to the reservoir). Sounds like a check valve failed or a hose was hooked up wrong.

It's a feature! Raise the hatch and lower the trim tabs at the same time for quick stopping power. ;-)

I figured our resident pilot would pickup on that last comment.. surprised you didn't suggest the addition of reverse thrusters instead. ;-)

I am in need of the lens for the auto telescoping anchor light for a a 226. Anyone have any parts to a auto telescoping anchor light that I can buy? I cannot find anywhere. Innovative Lighting sent me wrong part twice and now told me they do not carry this discontinued part. Help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Have an issue with the hydraulic system where if you raise the hatch, it lowers the trim tab. My mechanic has a call in to the vendor to see what is causing that. Also he has the automatic fire system to get back on the boat. Other than those things, it was good to spend a week boating this past week. looking forward to finishing the season right.

Nothing since Jul Judd how's the boat running? Did you install seadek? Started reading your build this morning and have been glued for all 17 pages. Bought a 220 new in 07 and never had problems with it. Sold it this May and gained a 04 262 this Jun and been reading as much as I can on other 262s to learn what I can. Your new interior looks great.

Bump.

Is the boat still running good after all of the repairs? What was the final determination on the cause of the flooding?

Hey TB. Welcome to the Cobaltchat forum. So glad you found us!

Thanks for the bump as JM never posted the definitive solution to his water leak.

Any pics of your Cobalt?

Again welcome aboard mate!
