I am in Seattle Washington. I mostly use her in lake union and lake Washington. I have taken her on the salt water up to the San Juan islands.

She looks to be in need of some interior care...especially the dash panels. There is a company in Florida who can do those for ya if interested.

I don’t see the ski tow pylon either. Missing?
Someone did a stereo upgrade. You?

Were you able to score the transom filler cushions? They can be unicorns on their own in the wild.

Bio kleen and magic eraser will make your underside engine hatch look new again.

I’m missing the pylon also. I’m missing a lot of things. I did do a stereo upgrade. These pics have the old stereo. I will post new ones. I am interested in repairing my dash panels.

As per your PM request, some 263 pics. We just upgraded our sound system this year with JL Audio and Wet Sounds REV10’s.

The 263 is a phenomenal machine. You’re gonna love it once you get her up to par.
