Swim Platform Rub Rail

I have a 06 250 BR. Does anyone know what material the rail around the swim platform and swim ladder are? (Chrom or stainless) and what products people use to clean/polish these parts.

That's stainless. Use a stainless cleaner or polish.

mothers and a buff work great. even the mothers ball works good
