No power to instrument panel or ignition switch.

1986 17BR, no power to key/ignition switch. Touched all the wires with a multimeter and nothing. Radio/stereo and trim both work. Where to start before I begin to rip things apart?

Main fuse? My 2001 206 is located on the engine on the starboard side.
