Beautiful boat! Something about the classic styling and high quality build of a Cobalt really shows, especially after cleaning it up and detailing. I get lots of compliments on my 2003, as you certainly will with your boat.

BBP, formal sea trial is happening tomorrow. So I will post the results. Boat was in UT before I got it, so it was built for elevation. Makes the think the 19P is to low.

The issue is. You already have a 4 blade 19p.what kind is it and diameter and what wot rpm are you getting? The rev4 is a big bad boy. So going up in pitch may not work so good. Unless you're already at at redline. Which I'm sure you're not. Nice lining boat. The good thing about bblades. Is if it doesn't work send it back and get another.

Ran the 4 blade yesterday. 3 blade will get run on Friday. Ran out of time.

The 4 blade was bouncing off the rev limiter at 7/8 of the throttle and very little trim. 5000rpm at 53mph on the GPS. 2 people, 2 big dogs and a full tank.

Seems like it needs more prop.

The 3 blade is a mirage plus, 23P. What they provided from the factory.

Yes powertech does a good job. 16 inch is big. 21 power tech is What you need it sounds like. 21 Rev maybe right there then. I bet you come closer to 57 with the mirage. I think 60 is a reach but those boats will run 60.
You enjoy the first ride in her though? How did it compare to the 220? Prob pretty close in thinking?

We will see. I like the idea of a good all around prop. If I can do 55+ and have a good hole shot, sign me up.

Yes, ride is amazing. Way better than the 220

Not quite yet. We are probably still a few weeks away. I'm STILL waiting on the subs to come back from JL, then we have to get them rewired or whatever the heck it is going to take to get them to not blow up every year. I'm anxious to get her out though now that I had the tank pumped out and got all the dang water out of there.
