Air/Water Gauge not working

I have a 2003 226 and my depth gauge works just fine but my air/water gauge doesn’t display anything at all. I took everything apart today, because I ordered what I thought was a replacement part but it was the depth, air and water all in 1. When everything was apart I removed the power to the air/water gauge and plugged it back in and I can see a red light appear by the display but nothing ever comes up. Has any one on here removed theirs to go a different route and would be willing to sell it? I’m guessing I have a bad unit and the display just isn’t working.
