Bilge Blower Staying On

I noticed this weekend that my bilge blower fan was staying on despite the dash toggle switch being off. I tried the breaker under the dash and resetting the battery switch. Still continues to run. Anything to troubleshoot or just replace?

You sure its the blower and not the bilge pump? Turning off the battery should turn off the blower...not necessarily with the bilge pump.

Yeah, sorry, that wasn't written clearly. If I switch the batteries off, the fan stops. But as soon as the batteries go back on the fan does as well.

Either a bad switch or a bad blower. It should not continue to run if you pulled the breaker like you mentioned. That’s strange.
The blower is easy to replace on the rear port side in the engine compartment. We replaced ours when it got noisy.
A simple electrical tester could help diagnose. Could be a bad switch too so look under the dash at those wires. It’s a switch that can short inside. We cleaned up the inside of the switch that operates the engine hatch.

Pull the wires or just check the voltage at the switch to see if one side turns off with the switch off.
