2016 CS23 300hp VP Throttle Body Replacement

I was getting some work done on my CS3 and the technician told me that he notice a very slow response time when my boat is going from high rpm's to low. Could be very dangerous. I'm sure that this fix is going to be expensive. But i was curious if anyone has had to replace something like this on their Cobalt that has less that 200 hrs on it?

With problems like this its not so much the hours but the age and "moisture" cycles or just luck

Odd only caused by ecu and iac valve. Mine is pretty erratic also. I'm just very patient with it. I've tryed new iac valve and it didn't change anything. Ecu reprogram didn't change it either. So I take it the way it is. Normal. I've had merc and volvo act the same way never consistent like a car.

Volvo has a 5-year warranty. You must just be out of warranty?
