In this surfing age, it's nice to see some water skiing.

I will say with this boat and the duo prop the wake is not the best for skiing. It's got a pretty good drop and alot of white water.
Plus I think we had 7 people in the boat.

Okoboji for today. And FYI I always power wash the boat between different lakes - those hitchhikers can be a pain in the rear

Finally got the boat in the water for the first time yesterday. It was one of those days ya dream of. Water was glassy smooth, Gannets, porpoise, and whales every where ya looked. Air temp 78 F, water 69F. Starting to feel like summer.

Are there a lot of Zebra mussel’s in Okoboji? I have been to the Ozarks with our boat and I have always thought about going to Okoboji because it is a little closer to home than the Ozarks.

Yes they do (with zebras if you have them they are everywhere and over populated) and milfoil, which I have pulled anchor with it covered in both. I have not been to LOTO, but I will have to say West Lake Okoboji is our favorite around here. Being a very lake desolate area I would steer away from any major weekend - it gets very crowded.

Nice pictures Willy!

Not big on taking pictures. I prefer to enjoy the moment. Can't hold a phone and a drink at the same time

I wouldn’t be caught dead in that public sewer.
If urine is sterile as I've heard, that place must have been as clean as an operating room.
