Need ladder replacement or ideas on alternatives

Hey All,
I have a 1990 Cobalt 252 and the ladder is in need of replacement. The metal mounts coming off the swim platform area are fine, but the hinge connecting the top step to the bottom step came apart and now is bent. I have it mended a bit, but it won't last long.

Does anyone know someone who has an old Cobalt parts boat with a ladder, or a recommendation on a ladder that could mount to the original metal supports coming out of the top of the platform area? I havent measured the width there yet, thinking maybe I could find an aftermarket platofmr mount that has the same width, but use it with the same OEM supports verssu trying an entirely new ladder.

Thoughts?
