how you like that rec tec grill? I looked pretty hard at them a couple years ago before I bought my traeger. Traeger has been good, but I hear those are better.

Amazing quality with all the stainless steel construction and it holds a perfectly steady temperature even with the cold windy day we had on Saturday. I love the 40 pound hopper capacity and look forward to using this often this summer and improving my BBQ skills while teaching my son as well. This is my 4th smoker and it blows away the others. You could call it the Cobalt of smokers. :D

Here’s the fall off the bone ribs from Saturday and they 7 pound Boston Butt came out perfect after 14 hours.
