I'll be spending almost two weeks in FL over the 4th. but in all honesty I'd rather be at TRL with my boat Oh...and my family too...yea I'd like them to be there as well

haha. sounds like you have boat brain like me. The wife went back down to the lake as soon as she got cleared from school yesterday. I am not going to lie I hid the keys to the boat so she doesn't get any bright ideas of taking it out without me

if you are worried about the Mistress sitting for 2 weeks you can just leave me the keys. I promise no shoes or cheeto's on the boat

Lol...thats just nasty of her to take off without you! My wife barely knows how to start it much less operate it.....which in all honesty we need to work on that.

She claims it is pay back for the guys golf trip I did down there back in early may. Oh well i'll be back down there friday

Well my day started great and ended too quickly with a check engine light from a leak in oil line.

Yup, plenty of time to get stuff done. Replacing the 20 year old wood on the boat dock swim platform tomorrow. I have 10 days off over the fourth too, ready to see some fireworks.

Man that sucks! I’m assuming that’s covered under warranty. Hope they can get to it quickly. I just had them order me a transducer since the ole anti freeze trick didn’t work.

Yes its covered so nothing on my end. I cant be down until the weekend after the cobalt regatta. So it gives them a couple weeks to get sorted. But yea it sucks.

TR, that sucks. That could have been real ugly..as in spun bearing ugly, but good catch with an easy fix and you're 100%.

Want us to test drive it for you, hmm? Tgrace and I are always willing to help out?

As T said, good catch. Reminds me I need to be more aware. It's easy for me to miss something like that. And Yt, I can't imagine he wouldn't want you guys to test it out. If I had a new R7 with a big v8, that's exactly what I'd want. T, are you listening?
