Thanks, everybody. No lack of readership, here!
Have a slip, dry storage, and trailer at Buncombe Creek.
First Cobalt, not my first boat. (but decided a while back that the next one would be a Cobalt).
Only planned upgrade is trim tabs, thought I'd use it a season before planning anything else.
Truck is under-sized, but now only has to pull the boat from dry storage to the water, about 1 mile,
so probably won't upgrade there.
Any advice on the trim tabs will be gratefully considered.

My only recommendation on tabs is don't just buy one. 👍

I put the Bennett Bolt trim tabs on mine when it was winterized so I haven't used them yet. I got them mainly for load leveling and low speed cruising. The Bennett rep was great and helped me choose the right ones for my 226.
