Your still in warranty right? Or too big of a hassle to get it to the dealer.

I hate to beat a dead horse this thing is crazy. I tried new sensor today ran great temp never above 150 .Block pressure 10 to 18 above 3500. After about 2 hours got alarm low block pressure showing about 5 psi on gauge went into limp mode . Happen a few more times at rpm Then ok block pressure never above 8 psi temp never above 150 . It’s racking my brain . 3 hours from any dealers.

Well if your threshold is dropping after warm and going into guardian mode you may need to take it to a dealer.
They can scan it for true block water pressure to determine if it’s a communications fault incurring once your electrical is warm.
I wouldn’t think an impeller would give up and come back when cooler?!? Unless there’s some strange cavitation happening. Sounds like communication issues.
Make an appointment! It’s worth it

You have a mercury warranty too. Consider going to a local mercury dealer and not cobalt bc of the 3 hour drive. With that policy they can bill mercury when they figure out the issue if it is engine driven
