Well got everything working... not exactly sure what it ended up being. Didn’t have to replace any fuses couldn’t find the problem and started checking anything I could and it just came back on.

Or it could be like my boat. Possessed 
I changed out my navigation light that was working but had a broken lense. Simple right. So simple I didn’t turn the new one on to see if it worked.
A couple days later I decided to see how my new led light looked. Didn’t work.
I unplugged/plugged the connector two or three times and it came to life.
That’s just one story.
