Your price is right about where the average asking prices are in the US. The MSRP on these boats were very high so some ask $110-$130k USD and they take a long time to sell and others price them around $70-$80k USD to get them sold fast.

It’s as big a single engine should be but after a few outings you may skip the bow thruster and just get extended dock poles to help pull you in.
Going up 7 feet is a big jump for anyone but she will get small in the water and smaller every time you take her out.

As far as reg numbers go. There so large and pushed together they are hard to read. ( “ Eat at Joes “)? I’m guessing.

Just to chime in on the bow thruster, I agree you will likely find you can do without it. We had a SeaRay 240 that I struggled with a bit at the docks. We went to a SeaRay 270 (28'-11") and that boat was far easier to control at low speeds. We got a cabin at the lake so went to a smaller open bow Cobalt 246 which has taken some relearning. Coming into the dock I would nose in with a bit of momentum and swing the outdrive toward the dock and reverse and the boat would just lay right in. I found the Cobalt is light enough that it will change direction quicker than I anticipate. Super happy with the 246 but a different animal.

Yes.. give it time as every outing it gets smaller and easier. You also want to just go practice maneuvering around empty docks just to build confidence in throttle and steering inputs.

Well done almost 5 hours, so given it was 62 when I bought it I can almost claim 10%.
All good, can get 40 knots at around 4500 rpm WOT, no engine issues.
Cruise really nice as shown.

Anyone know where I can get some trim, the black plastic under the screen is missing, it’s shaped like a figure “7” about 30mm x 12 mm?

Which screen in your boat?
If your talking the windshield here in the states great lakes Skipper sells it. I would ask any dealer or marina by you.

Black trim at base of front windscreen it seems a common extrusion all around the lower section of the glass area.
Tried skipper, not listed. I’ll talk with cobalt dealer locally.

My boats fitted with Webasto Chiller plate, under the seat behind the sink.
There’s no mention of it in the Cobalt manual, whilst I have a Webasto ‘manual’ I’ve no idea where the condenser is or where it’s wired to, there’s power at the switch but nothing on the thermostat switch nor any chilling on the plate, suggesting the compressor isn’t operating, no clicks no noise etc.
Anyone know where they put theses things?

Come to think of it is there a wiring diagram for the 273 available?

I have a 2013 273, Captain Tom's previous boat, and I love it! Believe, me that double Bimini will be much appreciated on a hot sunny day. The standard single Bimini doesn't provide that much shadey space in the interior.

The price you mentioned is fairly close to prices I have seen in California, especially with that low of hours. I get 45 mph at 4500 rpm, so very close to what you are seeing.
