That one might be hard to get your hands on. Here's one you could use - just might need a relay as the max current is 1A. Not sure what the starter relay draws..

Wire it back to be inline (serial) with the safety tether switch and you're good to go. I guess you'd need to drill a tiny hole through the back of the boat (GASP!) to run the wire, but that's easy-peasy.
Slide I have no doubt if the news helicopter made an emergency landing in your backyard, you could fix the darn thing!
