Always towed covers off back when I towed often, till one time on our way down to LOTO, we got nailed with grease from something (still not sure what), but the seats were covered in it. Learned my lesson on that one

I trailer everywhere. I keep my bow on but cockpit off. Never had any issues wit my snap on bow cover doing this. We've gone up to 5.5 hrs this way.
