That's strange. Having had 12v refridgeration on a boat before, I'm inclined to think that somehow the stereo is wired into the fridge. I had a 12v system on a boat that had 3 Group 31 deep cycle batteries and it would drain in in 3 hours flat.
If it's not the wiring, then you have some type of unusual draw from the head unit or amp..... I'm betting it's related to the fridge....
