This is the key you are looking for. The mechanism only turns about 1/16th to 1/8th of a turn to lock and unlock.

I checked my leather bag, and in compartment I forgot about was a plastic zip bag with several things in it, including the key Bob showed me.
Wonder how it got locked without the key, gravity or vibration probably.
Mystery solved.
