Our R3 has swim step down and no head....step becomes head early in season when its too cold to go in water.
But, yes, we like it.

Hi all....sorry for the long delay responding...I did go ahead and purchased the 220S.....love the fold down step! My 89 year father was able to get in and out in neck deep water!!! Could not have done it with a standard ladder. Again thanks all for you responses...happy boating!
