I am sitting here on my couch this early Sunday morning, having a coffee and looking out over my boat and dock and lake, I can tell you, you likely just found your new happy place. Congrats.

Congratulations.
We had to go the opposite direction....sold land on lake because building prices sky rocketing. That plus grad school, wedding, and expensive graduations present for my only child.
Still get to enjoy the lake....and support local motels.
