Just a follow up. So I reached out to the gentleman that added the cobalt flip step swim platform. Here are more pictures. Notice the custom bracket he made. A local machine shop in his area created the stainless steel piece from his card board and then wood templates.

He also told me his dealer was helpful with getting the swim platform for his boat. I suspect this will vary from cobalt dealer to cobalt dealer.

Thanks a lot! It was a lot easier telling myself it was not possible LOL now I've got to figure out how to do this to mine!

I’m on the hunt for our 263 . Would one from a 2005 240 fit on a 263? I’ve located a salvaged boat locally.

Does that salvage boat have the transom cushions? Whipple263 is on a quest.
