I would add a toilet

looks great. I was thinking at first just one door on the end going the long way. Why do they hold off pouring the floor?
I have two floor drains going in, so a mini excavator will need to go back inside. I can't mix crews on top of one another. Then utilities need to be brought inside before anything is poured.
Urinal is out back

Looking good! I will have this project as well next year and am waiting on the boat to see if I need a 12 or 14ft overhead door. I would plumb and stub it as it is so much cheaper to do so now.

Sooner, thanks.
Yes, We plan on roughing in as much as possible before the siding goes up. It's amazing how much you can save when the walls are still open.
We're trying to keep this on a budget, and contractor timing can save big.

I vote you let us help you spend your money and you put a toilet it! Nobody will spend it better (easier) than we can!
Besides, where ya gonna go when snow is axle deep to a ferris wheel? And just like Drillers, it can double as a cookstove and ice chest

I have a couple of boys in college and a daughter still in high school. My plan for my building will include space for some "one bedroom rooms" in the insulated and heated metal building. They will be small with a bed, dresser, and a window unit. This will be where the kids and all there friends stay in when they come down to the lake. When all the toys are out of the building it will also serve as a area they can hang out in. This lets me and the wife and any other older folks to get some sleep while they stay up all night!

Haha, I may regret it if my wife kicks me out from time to time. I'm sure the boat floor will be somewhat comfortable to sleep on, but I'll have to buy a

Nice thread and a awesome looking building..
Do they allow you to permit it as storage with no septic ( bathroom) and you could convert later after everything is signed off??
Looking forward to seeing the process!!

I have no plans for a bathroom. We're trying to keep our tax assessment in check, which is not easy here.
It's right across the driveway from my house, so a bathroom is steps away. Its strictly a garage for two vehicles and a center section for my tractor.

Guys by two vehicles he means his boat and mine. So don't try and steal my spot. I think our boats will get along famously in the fredonia winter together
