I can't tell. I knew what the gel looked like on the other one. This one doesn't have good pictures of it. I'll check my pm for reg numbers.
Yep same boat.
Damn him! I called him, he has an offer of $47k already he said. I wanted that boat! Perfect motor/power combo!

It was a bit too rough for my taste.

Was it? The Craigslist ad loos rough but the original one didn't.

For now I'll continue to enjoy my 190 (with the tower I ordered) and wait. Can't justify a R3 since I boat once every couple months - plus it will go on salt water so can't buy brand new and take that salt depreciation hit

It's a high altitude boat. Another reason I wouldn't want to deal with it.

You don't want high altitude for the the gear ratio or other reasons?

Not when you're at sea level. I bought a boat that was from Colorado and was the biggest turd I ever owned here and it still hit wot rpm where it was supposed to.

Interesting, didn’t know it had that big of an impact. I do all but mostly 2500’-6000’ and never had a “high altitude” gear ratio so I wouldn’t know. My non efi, no adjustment carb boat was a different story…
